  • Yes we offer monthly plans.

  • We are considered out of network for all insurance companies and are self-pay only. However, we do accept HSA/FSA as payment. But we recommend that you check with your servicer if they are able to reimburse you for wellness services.

  • We build the program for YOU so we will make the program with everything you have. However, it is strongly recommended to have some sort of resistance bands and dumbbells at home because we always want to be able to challenge the body in order to create adaptation. Our programming can be done at home or at the gym in conjunction with your other plans you may be doing.
